Day 1: Arrival in Bangkok

Day 2: Fly to Phuket

• Morning Flight: Take a 1-hour flight to Phuket.
• Check-in at Beach Resort: Settle into your beachside resort in Phuket.
• Relax at Patong or Karon Beach: Spend your afternoon enjoying the beach, sunbathing, and swimming.
• Overnight in Phuket.

Day 3: Full-Day Phi Phi Islands Tour

Note: The hotel names provided are to give an idea of the categories we offer. Travelers are welcome to suggest their preferred hotels or resorts as well. The final package cost will be estimated at the time of booking based on the selected property/properties. In the event that the mentioned hotels are unavailable, equivalent or superior category hotels will be booked.

Typically, within 5 days of receiving the token payment, we will inform you of the available hotels. Upon your confirmation, the next payment will be requested to complete the package booking.

Exclusions:

• Airfare: International flights to and from Thailand.

• Personal Expenses: Laundry, phone calls, minibar, room service, and any additional charges not mentioned in the package.
• Meals: Meals not specified in the package (e.g., lunches, dinners).
• Travel Insurance: Health, accident, or trip cancellation insurance.
• Sightseeing Entry Fees: Any entry fees or tickets for optional sightseeing or activities not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Tipping: Gratuities for guides, drivers, or hotel staff.
• Additional Transport: Private taxis, airport transfers, or transport not specified in the package.
• Optional Activities: Any tours, excursions, or activities outside the itinerary.
• Personal Purchases: Souvenirs, gifts, or other items purchased during the trip.
• Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Charges for early check-in or late check-out at hotels.
• Drinks and Alcohol: Soft drinks, alcohol, and beverages not mentioned in the meal plan.

How to Book a SetMyTrip's Tour Package (Payment Policy):

1. Pay Token Advance: To confirm your booking, pay a token advance of 5% to 10% of the total package cost.

2. Hotel Selection: Once the token payment is received, we will begin the hotel selection process. After confirming hotel availability, a second payment of 15% to 20% will be required.

3. Pre-Trip Payment (For Domestic Trips): A payment of another 25%, total 50% should be made 10 days prior to the trip. The remaining balance will be settled upon reaching the destination.

4. Pre-Trip Payment (For International Trips): 100% of the total package cost must be paid 10 days before the trip starts to secure all international bookings

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation 30 Days or More Before Departure:

   • A cancellation fee of 10% of the total package cost will be charged.
   • The remaining amount will be refunded.

2. Cancellation Between 10 to 29 Days Before Departure:

   • A cancellation fee of 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
   • The remaining amount will be refunded.

3. Cancellation Less Than 10 Days Before Departure:

   • Domestic Trips: A cancellation fee of 30% to 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
   • International Trips: A cancellation fee of 50% to 70% of the total package cost will be charged.
   • No Show: No refund will be provided for any payments made.

4. Force Majeure:

   • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other uncontrollable events, we will do our best to reschedule the trip. Refunds will be subject to supplier policies.
